I'm turning 22 - let's raise $2,200 for clean water!

In the wise words of the infamous Ms. Taylor Swift, I don't know about you, but really, I am turning 22! My birthday is on September 3rd - conveniently placed during our huge September campaign! Every dollar donated will be matched up to $1 million!!

Having worked at charity: water this past summer, I have been beyond inspired and my knowledge of the world water crisis has become robust. Every day I ask myself how is it that 800 million people in 2014 around the world still don't have access to clean, safe drinking water? We can help change that!

I'm asking for my age in dollars from everyone I know. Every penny of the money raised will directly fund clean water projects in the Sahel region of Africa. That's right - 100% of your donation will go to the field. Even better, charity: water will show us exactly which projects we funded once they've been fully completed (which takes about 18 months). That means we'll know the locations and names of the communities we helped.
