This year marks the big 40 for me. It doesn't seem so far away when I was in that tumbling troupe at the Denise Somers School of Dance and performing to Under the Boardwalk by the Drifters...as they say, time flies when you are having fun. My fun is because of the great people I've met and experiences we've shared! So as I celebrate this milestone with you, I ask that in lieu of any material gifts, you consider donating $40 to charity:water with me in my 40for40 campaign. I've set a $1,000 fundraising goal, which will provide 50 people with clean water for drinking, cooking and bathing! You don't have to donate $40, any amount that you can spare is greatly appreciated, and I understand if you cannot donate at all. Your consideration is also appreciated.
