I want to thank my friends and family for contributing to a cause that is meaningful to me. It touches me that they are willing to make sacrificial gifts of money to help people they've never even met!
After learning more about charity: water's work, I know that our giving can make a dent in the global water crisis. That's why I started this campaign with the goal to raise $5000 before December 30 to build clean water and sanitation projects for people in need who live in Cambodia. My campaign is part of our church fundraiser called "Drinks 4 Drinks."
The great thing about donating to charity: water is that 100% of our money goes directly to fund these projects in Cambodia, and when the projects are finished, they'll show us the communities we've helped.
