In lieu of graduation gifts, I'm asking you to join me in a cause very close to my heart.
On May 20th I graduate from New York University. It is an exciting time in my life, and I'm grateful for many of you who have supported and encouraged me along the way.
Clean drinking water is a basic human need and 748 million people on the planet don't have access to it. Lack of clean water keeps children out of school, women out of work, and cuts lives short.
Instead of supporting me with graduation gifts or money, I'm asking you to donate so we can fund water projects in developing countries. 100% of every dollar we raise goes toward project costs. And when the projects are finished (about 21 months), charity: water will show us the exact communities they helped.
Together we can give the gift of clean water!
